This exhilarating class introduces you to the basics of Bellydance and Goddess ritual. A cross between an exercise workout and a profound spiritual experience, the Goddess Workout will leave you feeling more flexible, coordinated and like the Goddess that you truly are!
During the warm up phase of this program, Rhiannon creates sacred workout space by invoking the four elements of Mother Earth (Earth, Air, Fire and Water), the Goddess and any female ancestors that wish to join the fun.
She then moves into working with the class on isolation and shimmy movements to discover and move the muscles you never knew you had! This moves energy in a healing direction through the 7 chakras of the body and releases stuck patterns that have often persisted for years. After practicing on several areas of the body individually, Rhiannon puts it all together into a sensual dance routine that awakens your body and soul leaving you in a state of freedom and wellbeing.
The magical hour finishes with meditation, journaling and sacred circle closing.
