The Goddess Workout

This fun and inspirational class inspired by famous belly dance artist Dolphina takes basic belly dance moves and isolations and blends them to create a low-impact workout that will build core strength, improve posture and coordination, and femininely sculpt and tone your body! This is done to an eclectic mix of middle eastern and new age music that will inspire and delight you.

This class also incorporates the wisdom of goddess archetypes. The merging of movement with these universal feminine energies creates a truly magical and transformative experience that will connect you with your own "Inner Goddess!"

Suggested Belly Dance Attire:
Yoga pants, leggings, tank or midriff tops (if you dare!), that make you beautiful. Tie on hips scarves or coin belts for shaking and shimmying!
